With more than twenty years of professional kitchen experience, Chef Justin brings a world of culinary expertise to every table he serves. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program, he honed his craft in platinum-ranked private clubs and luxury resorts, including Westchester Country Club, Southern Hills Country Club, Mediterra Country Club, and The Ritz-Carlton Naples.

Throughout his career, Chef Justin has had the privilege of working under five master chefs, shaping his approach to food with discipline, creativity, and a dedication to excellence. His cuisine is deeply rooted in classical French techniques, elevated with fresh, seasonal flavors and global influences.

Chef Justin is a two-time gold medalist in the American Culinary Federation’s Maple Leaf Farms Duck Competition and proudly earned his Certified Executive Chef designation through the ACF in 2019. In 2021, he launched his own catering business, offering personalized dining experiences that combine elegance, precision, and warmth.

When he isn’t in the kitchen, Justin finds inspiration through yoga and travel. He most recently completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Barcelona, Spain—furthering his belief that balance, mindfulness, and creativity are essential ingredients in both life and cuisine.
