Everyone raved about the dinner for the rest of the weekend! First of all the food was phenomenal! He came up with a fabulous menu and also helped us pick out wine for each course. The presentation was beautiful and Justin came to the table and explained each course of the dinner. He and is assistant, Gabrielle, were very punctual and personable and they left the kitchen spotless. I will definitely have him cater an event again soon!!”

“Chef Justin prepared an absolutely fabulous dinner with family and friends for my husband’s 70th birthday. We began with passed hors d’oeuves: duck confit, shrimp and avocado, and lamb meatballs with tzatziki- all perfectly presented and bursting with freshness and flavour. Our appetizer course was huge and succulent scallops on a bed of succotash and romesco sauce. We practically licked the plates. The main course was filet of beef with tiny baked potatoes stuffed with beef short rib, and a spinach tart, on parsnip purée. So delicious, and cooked to perfection. Dessert was a champagne sabayon with fresh berries and peaches. Our daughter declared it the best dessert she’d ever had. Chef Justin was charming as he described each dish to the table. He was punctual and professional, left the kitchen spotless. And a word for his server Taylor, who was a pleasure, anticipating our needs gracefully. Our guests were thoroughly pleased and highly complimentary after the meal. And most importantly, my husband said it was a meal and experience he’d treasure always. Thank you Chef Justin and Taylor for that!”
