How far in advance should I book an event?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Larger events and holiday dates may require additional notice.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes — all menus are custom-designed and can be tailored to meet dietary needs, allergies, or personal preferences.
Do you provide service staff for events?
For events with more than six guests, we recommend adding service staff. Chef Justin can provide professional servers and bartenders as needed.
When do you arrive to set up?
Chef Justin and his team typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the event begins. This allows time to set up, organize, and prepare everything needed for your dining experience.
Can you provide alcohol for events?
We do not hold a liquor license, but we can provide bartenders, mixers, fruit, and garnishes, as well as craft specialty cocktails for you to add your own liquor.
What areas do you serve?
Chef Justin is based in Naples, FL, and provides services throughout the surrounding area. Travel outside of Naples may be arranged upon request.
